When we finally decided to add an exotic kitten to our family, I began to do a lot of research and reached out to many breeders. I’m so glad to have found Lisa at Cape Cod Coastal Cats. I felt that the thorough vetting process was in the best interest of the kitten as well as the prospective family and showed Lisa wasn’t willing to just offload kittens to anyone who could pay for them. Lisa asked questions to see if her kitten would have a life long safe home and this included a video meeting as well. I appreciated this as I was hours away and there are many scams out there- this way we could see our Bitsy on live camera and also the environment she was being raised in. We could see her little personality too and how curious and friendly she was and that completely sold us. When she was old enough to come home, we drove 5 hrs for her and she immediately purred in my daughter’s arms. The kittens are raised in a home environment and it is spotless and they are well cared for.

Miss Bitsy Biscuits has been ours for 6 months and has made it clear she is home from day 1! She is SO confident and people oriented. My biggest worry about getting a cat (after only owning dogs) was that she would be uninterested in attention (typical stereotypes). Miss Bitsy is always nearby! If the family is in the living room, she joins us. If we’re eating in the dining room, she’s right there next to us. Even sits on the tub waiting for showers to end! When we have guests over she never hides, she’s always curious and welcomes pets. Even lets new children hold her. Our vet always compliments her on her demeanor and how easily she can be handled. It is a true testament on how Lisa socializes her kittens and of course the quality of the parents as well. Bitsy was also exposed to dogs so gets along well with our 14 year old cockapoo! Behavior wise she’s been a dream! Always uses the litter box, good eater, never scratches furniture- only her cat trees! Honestly I can go on and on, we are so smitten with this kitten! I gushed about Bitsy so much my coworker also got a kitten from Lisa and is equally thrilled with how sweet she is!
